The dream isn’t necessarily to leave Lagos.
The dream is to have options. To own something that gives you peace of mind, security, and room to grow.
Kingsway Estate, Ala-Ijebu offers exactly that—a secure C of O title, good road access, a strategic location, and the kind of growth potential that makes ownership worth considering.
Because sometimes the smartest move isn’t moving farther away.
It’s positioning yourself better. 👑📍

Every growing location has a phase where people overlook it.
Then development comes.
Then demand follows.
Then everybody suddenly wants in.
The interesting part is deciding which side of that story you want to be on.
One thing I’ve come to understand about real estate is this — people don’t just invest in properties, they invest in trust.
That’s why I pay attention to projects with secure titles, proper planning, good location positioning, and real long-term potential. And honestly, Kingsway Estate by Ala-Ijebu checks those boxes.
A fast-rising corridor, good road access, C of O title, and a location positioned around growth and development.
If you’ve been thinking about owning property while entry is still accessible, this is definitely a conversation worth having. Send me a DM.
What the audio said 😂
I’ve realised something, a lot of people don’t miss out on real estate because it doesn’t work…they miss out because they get the information too late.
Because it’s never just about buying land.
It’s about where, when, and who you’re buying from.
That’s the real difference.
Lately, I’ve been seeing that play out clearly with Kingsway Estate at Ala-Ijebu by
And it just makes me think…
are you positioning early, or waiting until everyone else catches on?
If you want to get in early,

Stepping into May with clarity… and the right kind of conversations 🌸✨
Over the weekend, I was on ground for the mega site inspection and unveiling of Kingsway Estate at Ala-Ijebu, Ogun State 🇳🇬
And moments like this always remind me, real estate isn’t just about land… it’s about timing, information, and positioning.
Welcome to the month of MAY:
New month, new mindset
move differently, move early.

When a client says “your property is too expensive”…
don’t panic, don’t rush to drop the price, and PLEASE don’t immediately say “what’s your budget?”
That’s exactly how most real estate agents end up attracting low-quality buyers and undervaluing good properties.
Here’s what to do instead if you actually want to close better deals:
Start with empathy.
“I completely understand property investment is a big decision, especially in today’s market.”
This lowers their resistance and keeps the conversation open instead of defensive.
Then ask: “Compared to what?”
Because most times, “expensive” just means they haven’t fully seen the value, location advantage, or long-term return yet.
Next, get clarity:
“Is it the price itself, or you’re not fully convinced this property is the right fit for your goal?”
Now you’ve separated a money objection from a trust or value perception issue.
If it is about money, guide it gently:
“Are you working within a specific investment range right now?”
This keeps you in control of the conversation without immediately discounting the property or weakening its value.
And this is where most agents miss it—they forget to bring it back to the outcome.
“You mentioned you want capital appreciation, good access roads, and a property in a fast-developing area… which of these options actually aligns best with that goal?”
Because clients don’t just buy land or houses…
they buy future returns, security, prestige, and peace of mind knowing they made the right decision.
And when a client fully understands what they’re getting…
“it’s too expensive” turns into “how do I secure it before it’s gone?”
