So I came across a post about already styled frontals and I thought of sharing my experience and to give me 2 cents in the matter. So I ordered 5 already styled frontals from an online vendor and I could not believe what I saw. The truth is, what she advertised was completely different from what she delivered to me. The painful part is my request was based on customers orders. My conscience could not allow me to deliver such things to my customers I had to refund their money and explain to them. I beared the loss and honestly that was the last time I patronised her. I'm a big fan of online business and I believe in the importance of honesty and transparency in business. I believe we all want to grow in this space and the best way to grow in a space like this is to be honest in your business dealings, I mean people are giving you their hard earned money in exchange for a service you promised, it is only fair that you meet up to their expectations or better still surpass their expectations
More than 90% of my customers are through referrals that's one of the reasons I do not joke with transparency and honesty in my business. Because there is no way I will recommend someone who gave me something different from what I ordered to anyone I know come to talk of a friend.

Online business owners, if you want to strive and grow in your business try to be honest at all times, explain to your customer exactly how it is, don't sugarcoat it or paint it in a better light all for the sake of one time selling because honestly that customer will never come back to you, that is if they will no end up dragging you online.
