As the days grow colder, we believe regular ice baths are the perfect way to embrace winter and boost both body and mind. This October, we invite you to elevate your routine and take on our challenge.

Join the October Ice Challenge and enjoy unlimited ice baths throughout the month for just €100,-. We challenge you to complete an ice bath every day in October. If you succeed in taking all 31 plunges, you’ll be rewarded with 25 ice bath credits - a value of €187!

**Here’s how it works:**
• All ice baths must be taken during our regular public hours.
• Each session must last at least 3 minutes.
• This offer applies to ice bath sessions only (sauna access is not included).

we have been getting some questions about booking for two persons at the same time. bookings are linked to personal accounts because upon booking, you also go through a quick online safety check up.

we are working with the booking system to create an option where you can see the total availability before booking. in the meantime a way to work around this, is to select the same time slot simultaneously (our booking system reserves your slot while the booking is in progress) so if you see availability in the second booking you can complete both bookings.
