Waarom kiezen wij voor sojawas? 🕯️

Bij Azur gebruiken we 100% Europese sojawas in plaats van paraffine. Sojawas is plantaardig, vegan en wordt gemaakt van een hernieuwbare grondstof. Daarnaast staat sojawas bekend om een zeer schone verbranding en kan het bij een goed gemaakte kaars minder roet produceren dan paraffine.

Voor ons past het daarom perfect bij de manier waarop we onze kaarsen willen maken: met een plantaardige wax, pure etherische oliën en zo clean mogelijk.

Iedere kaars wordt door ons eigen team in Groningen gegoten, afgewerkt en verpakt. 💛

Why do we choose soy wax? 🕯️

At Azur, we use 100% European soy wax instead of paraffin.

Soy wax is plant-based, vegan and made from a renewable resource. It is also known for its gentle burn and, in a well-made candle, can produce less soot than paraffin wax.

For us, it simply fits the way we want to make our candles: with a plant-based wax, pure essential oils and as little unnecessary stuff as possible.

Every candle is poured, finished and packed by our own team in Groningen. 💛

English below | Denk je bij gezichtsolie meteen aan een vette huid? Dat hoeft helemaal niet. 💛

Een goede gezichtsolie helpt juist om de huidbarrière te ondersteunen en vocht beter vast te houden. Daardoor wordt je huid juist meer in balans en minder droog/vet.

Onze Face Oil is een lichte blend van squalane en blueberry seed oil. Hij trekt mooi in, voedt de huid en laat haar zacht en soepel aanvoelen, zonder dat zware of vettige laagje.

Vooral nu de temperaturen dalen merken we hoe fijn een paar druppels extra verzorging kunnen zijn.

Gebruik 2–3 druppels op een licht vochtige huid, ’s ochtends, ’s avonds of wanneer je huid wat extra nodig heeft.

A good face oil can actually help support the skin barrier and lock in moisture. This can help your skin feel more balanced and much less dry.

Our Face Oil is a lightweight blend of squalane and blueberry seed oil. It absorbs beautifully, nourishes the skin and leaves it feeling soft and supple, without a heavy or greasy finish.

Especially as temperatures start to drop, just a few drops of extra nourishment can make such a difference.

Apply 2–3 drops to slightly damp skin, in the morning, evening or whenever your skin needs a little extra care.
