Take a close look at this transformation. This is what true lip restoration looks like.

This client came to me with a complex challenge. Years ago, he suffered a split lip injury that left behind scar tissue, an uneven lower lip border, and a dark post-inflammatory pigmentation spot. In addition, natural hyperpigmentation on the upper lip created visual imbalance and disrupted the overall harmony of his smile.

✨ The goal was not to create “perfect” lips.
The goal was to restore what nature originally intended.

Advanced lip restoration cannot be approached with templates or standard techniques. Every scar behaves differently, every tissue reacts differently, and every pass must be guided by experience and observation.

For this procedure, I worked completely freehand without a pre-drawn sketch.

▪️ Lower Lip:
I carefully blended the scar tissue and pigmentation spot into the surrounding tissue while reconstructing the lower lip border to create a clean, natural, masculine shape.

▪️ Upper Lip:
Using only two delicate superficial passes, I softened the areas of hyperpigmentation, creating a more balanced and harmonious appearance while preserving a completely natural look.

The final result?

✔ Scar visually softened
✔ Pigmentation corrected
✔ Lip borders restored
✔ Masculine appearance maintained
✔ Natural, undetectable finish
