IPO मा “Ball No.” के हो? कसरी काम गर्छ?
IPO नतिजामा देखिने Ball Number भनेको कुनै विशेष lucky नम्बर होइन, यो त बाँडफाँड सुरु गर्ने random starting point (शुरुवात बिन्दु) मात्र हो।
जब IPO धेरैले आवेदन गर्छन् (oversubscription हुन्छ), सबै आवेदनलाई सिस्टमले क्रमअनुसार राख्छ — 1, 2, 3, 4, 5… भनेर।
त्यसपछि यस्तो हुन्छ 👇
🎯 1. Random नम्बर छानिन्छ (Ball No.)
सिस्टमले 1 देखि 9 भित्रको कुनै एक नम्बर randomly छान्छ।
👉 त्यही नै “Ball Number” हो (जस्तै Ball No. 9)
🎯 2. बाँडफाँड त्यही नम्बरबाट सुरु हुन्छ
यदि Ball No. 9 आयो भने, 9 नम्बरको applicant बाट पहिलो शेयर दिन सुरु हुन्छ।
🎯 3. Skip गर्दै अगाडि बढ्छ
त्यसपछि निश्चित नियम (skip value) अनुसार अगाडि–अगाडि skip गर्दै अर्को winner छानिन्छ।

📌 सरल भाषामा:
Ball Number भनेको IPO बाँडफाँड सुरु गर्ने “starting point” मात्र हो।
👉 यो आफैंमा lucky number होइन
👉 तपाईंलाई शेयर पर्छ कि पर्दैन भन्ने कुरा skip value र तपाईंको application position मा निर्भर हुन्छ

तल यदि "ordinary share" लेखेको छ भने हजुर हरू ढुक्क भएर apply गर्नुस् यदि हजुरलाई alloted भयो भने यसबाट नर्मली 6,7 हजार र बढीमा 50,60 हजार सम्म आम्दानी दिन्छ
को तल। " close ended mutal fund" लेखिएको छ भने यस्तो अवस्था मा नभर्दा नै राम्रो हुन्छ किनकि हजुरले प्रति युनिट 10 का दरले भर्नु भएको यो लिष्टेड पछि 9 रुपियाँ को हरा हरीमा प्रायः पाउने गर्छ र आइपीओ मा जस्तो अस्वभाविक नाफा आउँदैन
को तल यदि " divanture 8%( यो एउटा eg हो यो 7,8,9 % समय अनुसार फरक हुन्छ)" लेखिएको छ भने यो एउटा बैंकको fd जस्तै हो जहाँ हजुले 6 महिना वा 1 वर्ष मा intrest दिन्छ यसमा पनि त्यस्तो ordinary share मा जस्तो फाइदा हुँदैन
निष्कर्ष: नयाँ लगानीकर्ताले ordinary share लेखेको आँखा चिम्म गरेर भर्ने
