After a hiatus of approx 177 days. I'm back 💥 WHOLE fitness was born out of a change of life direction for me and the road just took a BIG turn again. Which means that WHOLE fitness has had a change and incorporated a new style of training. Functional Rehab. Weight lifting and body recomp will always be my passion. I came back first dead lift. 90kg!!! So I'm proof that working with a PT and correct form will pay off!!! But adding to my training I after working closely with a fantastic teacher am able to work with corrective training after injury. So if this Ganma and her bionic knee can walk back into it there's no excuse for anyone.
I am offering a LIMITED spots deal of 4 sessions for $99 (t&cs apply) this includes
🤘fundamental lifts and form check
🤘planning your week in the gym/physical activity outside the gym
🤘a hell of a laugh and a no BS session, you will know you've lifted!
🤘no cardio.... I'm not that chick to make you run. You will be doing a plank though! 🤬
Doesn't cost to reach out and ask, we can make anything work. Limited time spots are available early mornings and SOME late nights (Fridays are a hell no from me 🤣) if you require out of office time slots. They do book fast so don't hesitate to ask.

Sanity sessions are a HIIT literally!
Fitness levels are not what you should be worried about coming along. Laughter is the ONLY thing needed and WATER!!! 😂
