✨BUTTERFLY CRYSTAL TOOTH GEMS✨

How amazing does this design look?!

Today’s client chose this gorgeous butterfly-inspired design using my Swarovski Crystal AB gems — and I’m obsessed with the way the colours catch the light!

A little behind-the-scenes fact: designs like this take more than simply placing crystals on a tooth! 💎

To create that beautiful butterfly effect, each gem needs to be carefully positioned on a suitable, relatively flat area of the tooth’s surface. Every smile is different, so we have to work with the natural shape, curves and contours of each individual tooth to help the design flow together beautifully.

It’s all about finding the right placement for each crystal while keeping the overall design balanced, sparkly and looking like one gorgeous little butterfly!

And I think we absolutely nailed this one!

We went for one of my upgrade options with a beautiful titanium flatback featuring a three-diamante cluster for that perfect little bit of sparkle!

I absolutely love how these sit alongside her existing piercings — they complement her current ear stack so beautifully and tie everything together perfectly!
