It’s great to see so many clients taking advantage of our self-administered lymphatic pump! This is a lower-cost option that can help to stretch the time between lymphatic drainage massages, and is ideal for those treating lymphoedema and swelling.

Once you’ve had your first session and learnt how to operate the pump, it’s easy to come in for a 20-minute, 40-minute, 55-minute, or 70-minute appointment and get that lymphatic system moving.

Many new clients are worried about what to expect when entering a massage room. Your privacy is of utmost importance to the Elemental team, and you can let your therapist know at any time if you are not comfortable with any position or technique.

You will always be properly draped to respect your privacy. It is entirely up to you how much clothing you take off for a massage; our therapists may make recommendations, but will always work to your comfort level.
