Eekk I feel short at work sometimes lol o well at least my girls were happy to meet with some of the Wests Tigers players ;-)

So just finished the first night working with the Tigers, preparing them for the 9's on sat sun and I must say they are all looking on form .

Happy Friday everyone. Thank you for Liking my page.
For those of you who arent yet my clients i look forward to meeting you some day soon.
I love my work that i do and take great pride in formulating a treatment plan for each individual person to meet their needs and achieve their goals.

My back ground is working in rehab,injury prevention and recovery.
And have been fortunate and privileged to work with some amazing an inspirational people.
Some being individual athletes, cyclists ,swimmers, boxers, to top sports teams such as the Warriors, the Blues, the national French rugby team and English team.

Whilst my background is in rehab, i formulate most of my treatment plans with some sort of relaxation therapy, as i find this just as important in your road to recovery as any other treatment .And find that my clients get great results from this.

What an amazing day at work today. Not only did I work with the Warriors again today, I also had the privilege of meeting some amazing young kids who where at Mt Smart to witness Konrad Hurrel shave his beard off of Cure Kids .
Good on you konrad ;-)
and im feeling blessed for meeting some amazing young kids and their awesome parents and care givers.

Well-done to the Warriors for their win this weekend.
