A little change to my booking policy 🤎

Being self-employed means my time is my income. When I reserve an appointment for you, that time is yours, and last-minute cancellations aren’t always spots I can refill.

I completely understand that life happens, but having appointments cancelled at short notice can put me on the back foot, especially when that time could have gone to another client.

From now on, new clients will be required to pay a 50% deposit when booking their appointment.
