Our Thursday morning MOBILITY45 is baby + toddler friendly, with mobility and strength that’s built with the demands of parenting in mind.

There’s no expectation that your little one sits quietly through class. Feed them, cuddle them, let them wander, take a break when you need to and jump back in when you can.

No baby? You’re still welcome! This class is open to everyone.

SEPTEMBER THEMES ARE HERE.

Swiftie Showdown takes over Tuesdays as we battle our way to the final two, plus we’ve got Britney, Bad Bunny, High School Musical, a candlelit CYC-ology and some very special Puspa Sundays.

On the 20th, we’re celebrating Puspa’s bride era before the big day. Then on the 27th, her big sister Dian takes over the podium for BIG SIS, BIG BEATS, with Puspa riding front row the morning after her bachelorette. Thoughts and prayers.

And on Tuesday the 29th, we’re doubling up: HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL with Ross at 5:30pm, followed by the SWIFTIE SHOWDOWN FINALE at 6:30pm.

A little schedule shake-up is coming, but don’t panic. It’s just for now.

Starting next week, Annika’s Monday POWER60 at 9:30am and CADENCE35 at 12:15pm will be taking a little pause.

The reason is pretty simple: Annika’s daughter starts school early next year, and they want to prioritise having a little more time together during these last few months before that huge chapter begins.

And the Monday gap won’t be around for long. A familiar name will be taking over sooner than you think…

Tuesday mornings are changing too, but for a very different reason: we’re fully booked. The studio has a recurring private booking in that time slot, so our regular Tuesday morning class will be taking a pause while they make Cadence their own.

Everything else is business as usual. Same Cadence, just a slightly different rhythm for a little while.

We provide shoes in sizes 36-47, and if clip-ins aren’t the right fit for you, we also have one bike with pedal cages just in case.
