The gap isn’t as big as you think.
For a long time, I thought becoming her meant doing more.
More discipline.
More motivation.
More perfect routines.
But the biggest shift happened when I stopped trying to become someone else and started building trust with myself.
Keeping the promises I made.
Showing up when I said I would.
Taking action, even when I didn’t feel ready.
The gap between where you are and where you want to be isn’t as big as you think.
It’s built in the small moments where you choose to back yourself.
