This morning, 50 copies of my book, Healing Prolapse: 100+ Affirmations for Your Journey Within arrived on my doorstep and it is now being stocked at Paper Plus Cambridge (thank you Hamish!).
While this may seem small, to me it is huge because it is the first step in changing the conversation around Pelvic Organ Prolapse—and to show women that healing prolapse IS possible.
How often have you walked into a bookstore to see a book dedicated to prolapse? Have you ever seen one that is dedicated to healing prolapse? I haven't.
It is estimated more than 50 percent of women in the Western world suffer from some form of prolapse.
My wish is this little book is a major step to a collective healing. If you know a woman in your life suffering with Pelvic Organ Prolapse, please let her know it doesn't have to be a life sentence. I hope this book will become the foundation for her healing journey.
