My journey as a teacher has given me training & understanding in the following practices of yoga
My classes are a lovely combination. Vinyasa, Hatha, and Iyengar & each bring something valuable to you as a student

* Hatha provides steadiness, awareness, and a slower pace, very like yin yoga
* Iyengar emphasizes alignment, precision, and safety.
