Today’s top three tips. Shiny hair always ones. Shiny here makes you look younger. Getting your brows sorted as a non-negotiable. If you’re feeling frumpy, maybe it’s because you are. If you don’t want to feel old grey drab in frumpy take the time to do the small things that can make you look and feel amazing every single day. Small things can give you such an uplift without you even really knowing it.

You know you know it! But many of you neglect to follow through. I’m talking about conditioning treatments. Whether it’s for moisture restructure volume hydration volume smoothing your hair needs to have extra protection and at a more intense level than a conditioner can offer you. It’s one of the things that I see. People who have fabulous hair when they come back to their next appointment are more often than not the people who are using conditioning treatments on their hair . Your hair is your crown and glory, most of us use skincare body wash perfume all sorts of things to make us and feel and smell great. Conditioning treatment is one of the best things you can do for your hair. I always say to my clients as well, they don’t work if they’re sitting in the bathroom cupboard!!!!
You are better to use a treatment in the shower a couple of times a week for a few minutes than not at all. It does not have to be a huge big task of a half hour application. Although this is lovely to do if you turn it into a bit of a metime spa like home treatment. I’ll put a link in the comments to our treatment section. And I am here for any questions you may have.

Sometimes you really do need a second opinion. Or the opinion of an expert to help guide you on your way. Strand tests are done for two reasons. Reason one is to see any underlying colour pigments whether natural or artificial that are sitting in your hair cortex. Reason number two is to diagnose the integrity of the Hair. Just because somebody says they can’t do something for you doesn’t mean it can’t be done. Sometimes you just need to get somebody who is an expert in the field can give you clarity and get you to your end goal.

Loads of questions on my post yesterday about about golden grey hair or blonde hair. Just because you were going grey does not mean you can’t have Goldie coloured here if that is your undertone and what suits your skin tone. It’s how we put that in your hair and how we make it last in your hair beautifully. It’s brassy rusty ready orangey hair colours that are faded and look burnt dry and dehydrated that we don’t want. This is why consultation is so important. Also strand testing is very important as well. If you have an in Salon consultation I give you a complimentary strand test. There is a difference between brassy hair and having a hair colour that has warmth, depth, soft gold reflex. There seems to be a lot of confusion out there that they are one in the same. Which they are not. Brassy hair is hair that has faded out to a gold brassy look either through the elements, overheat styling, incorrect colour application, incorrect lightning service. Here can still have beautiful elements of depth with warmth in a golden glow in a beautiful way it’s just getting the right colour undertone and shade for your complexion hairstyle and desired lock.
