❗Appointment & Cancellation Policy❗

To ensure the highest quality of service for all clients, I kindly ask you to review and adhere to our booking and cancellation policy:

New Client Booking deposit: Organic body therapies requires a deposit of 25% for all new client bookings, refundable up to 24 hours before the appointment. If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged the additional 75% no-show fee.

Cancellation Notice: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled booking if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will require full payment of the scheduled service or will result in your gift voucher being voided.

Late Arrivals: I strive to accommodate late arrivals as best as possible, but if you arrive late, please be aware that your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid inconvenience to other clients. Full payment for the originally scheduled service will still be required.

No-Show Policy: Please ensure you confimr your appointment no later than 24hrs prior. No shows and late cancellations will be charge the full treatment fee.

Booking Confirmation: Ensure you confirm your appointment no later than 48hrs prior to appointment to avoid cancellation

Payment Information: Payment for services is due on the day of your appointment. We accept cash or internet banking and via fresha app as methods of payment for your convenience.
