For those who don’t know, HITO is New Zealand’s hair and beauty industry training organisation, supporting apprentices and employers through workplace-based training and helping shape the next generation of industry professionals.
The Trainer of the Year award recognises someone who goes above and beyond to support, mentor and develop apprentices by helping them build not only their technical skills, but also the confidence and knowledge they need to thrive in our industry.
And honestly… if you know Michelle, you’ll know this is SO deserved. ❤️
Her passion for education, her commitment to our apprentices and the time she puts into helping the next generation of stylists grow is something truly special.
