Sarah Foley is a highly experienced appearance medicine nurse offering tailored treatments to leave you feeling refreshed and confident.
Anti-wrinkle is the term used for treatments like Dysport. They're made from botulinum toxin, and when a small amount is placed into specific facial muscles, it gently relaxes them. Less movement in those muscles means the fine lines that form with expression have a chance to soften.
That's really all it is. No drama, no transformation. Just a small, considered treatment that supports the face in a subtle way.
If you've been thinking about it and would like to understand more, you're always welcome to book a consultation 🤍

For this client, a tailored combination of dermal filler and anti-wrinkle treatment, gently supporting jawline definition and overall facial balance.
The face changes over time, and not always in ways that are easy to name. Sometimes it's a softening along the jaw. Sometimes it's a shift in how the lower face sits in relation to the rest.
My approach is to look at the face as a whole, not feature by feature. Small, considered adjustments in the right places, rather than chasing one area in isolation.
Every plan is personal. Every approach is subtle.

The worry about looking frozen is something I hear all the time, and I understand it.
So much of how we recognise the people we love lives in the smallest movements. The way your brows lift when you're really listening. The soft crinkle at the corners of your eyes when you laugh.
None of that has to go anywhere. Anti-wrinkle treatments, used carefully, can soften the lines that have started to settle in without taking your expression with them. You still look like you. Just a little more rested.
That's why I take my time during a consultation. Every face is different, and so is what each person is hoping to feel when they look in the mirror.
If you've been holding back because you're worried about looking overdone, you're always welcome to come in for a conversation first 🤍

No two plans I put together look the same, and age is a big part of why.
For someone in their late thirties, the focus is usually preventative. Fine lines haven't really settled in yet, so I'm thinking more about movement than anything else, and dosages tend to be conservative.
For someone in their late fifties, it's a little bit of a different conversation. Lines have had more time to establish themselves, so the approach becomes more corrective. Dosages are often a little higher, and anti-wrinkle treatments are sometimes part of a broader plan that includes dermal filler or skin boosters too.

Most of the women who come to see me aren't looking to change their face.
They're looking for something quieter than that. A way to feel a little more like themselves again. Not younger, not different, just a bit more recognisable when they catch their reflection.
That's the kind of work I love most. Nothing dramatic. Nothing that announces itself. Just gentle, thoughtful support for the face that's already there.
If you feel like you can resonate, you're more than welcome to come in for a conversation first 🤍

PROFHILO® is one of the treatments I'm asked about often, and it's a lovely one to explain.
It's an injectable made from a high concentration of hyaluronic acid. Once it's placed into the skin, it spreads gently beneath the surface, supporting deep hydration, firmness and overall skin quality.
It's not about changing the face. It's about supporting what's already there, helping the skin feel more comfortable, more hydrated and a little more like itself.

A gentle anti-wrinkle treatment for this lovely client, used to soften the appearance of fine lines while keeping expression natural and unchanged.
I take a conservative approach with anti-wrinkle. The goal isn't to flatten or freeze. It's to soften what's been bothering someone, while leaving everything else exactly as it is.
A face that still moves, still feels, still looks entirely like the person it belongs to.
Whenever you're ready, a complimentary consultation is the first step 🤍

As we age, we lose volume. It happens gradually and it's often what's behind the lines and hollows that start to appear.
Dermal fillers work by restoring that volume from within, carefully and precisely, to support the skin in a way that looks natural. It's a straightforward treatment. Quiet results. Minimal downtime.
If you've been curious about whether it might be right for you, a free consultation is a good place to find out 🤍

Most people assume it's simply age. And while time plays a part, what's actually happening is more layered than that.
Repeated muscle movement creases the skin over years. Volume gradually shifts and reduces, changing how the face sits. And the skin itself becomes thinner and less supported, making those changes more visible.
Each cause responds to something different.
Anti-wrinkle treatment addresses muscle movement. Dermal filler restores volume where the face has changed. Skin boosters work on skin quality and resilience from within, rather than targeting a specific line or area.
Most people don't need all three. The right approach depends entirely on what's actually happening in your face, and that's never the same for everyone.
That's why I always start with a conversation. Understanding what's driving the changes you're noticing is the only way to know what would genuinely help.

Expression is what makes your face yours. It's also the first thing people worry about losing when they consider anti-wrinkle treatment. The frozen look. The inability to raise an eyebrow or show surprise. It's one of the most common concerns I hear and it's worth addressing honestly.
Botulinum toxin works by gently relaxing the specific muscles responsible for repeated movement. Lines form where the skin folds again and again over years. The treatment reduces that movement, which softens the crease over time.
When it's done well, expression is protected. You can still smile, frown, squint and raise your brows. What changes is the depth of the lines those movements create, not the movements themselves.
The frozen look comes from too much product, placed without enough care. It is not an inevitable outcome. It's what happens when the goal is elimination rather than softening.
My goal is always the latter.
If you're curious about what anti-wrinkle treatment could look like for you, a free consultation is a good place to start 🌷
