Kia ora! I am Jay 🌞
I couldn’t be more stoked to Sauna Meister for The Sauna Project Tairawhiti. I had the pleasure of working as a Sauna Meister on the beautiful Coromandel Coast and I love bringing that energy to Gizzy.
I have been fortunate enough to be a space holder for breathwork journeys, guided meditation and sweat lodges. I enjoy gathering around the fire and connecting with our sauna goers. You will catch me getting amongst the cold dips and bringing a little bit of mindfulness / intention to each session 🔥
A little glimpse into our first Cacao Sauna Sessions 🤎
Ceremonial cacao, sauna heat, meditation, essential oils, ocean dips, presence, silence, heart sharing, oracle cards.
A slower, more intentional sauna experience - creating space to turn inward and connect with like-hearted humans.

We have some exciting news at The Sauna Project - Tairawhiti 🔥we’re upgrading our booking system!
This new sauna specific booking system will allow us to introduce an interchangeable pass system across The Sauna Project network.
Once all of our saunas have migrated to the new system, you’ll be able to buy a concession pass giving you access to all of our sauna locations 😍
Also there is a snazzy new “Private Booking” feature which means you can book a whole hour of sauna for you and your friends.
Plus automatic refunds on cancelled bookings and more!

We had such a wonderful time on Sunday at our special sauna offering. Warm cacao, warm sauna, warm hearts 💓
