JJ's massage therapy

Hand update, I am working. I had a ultrasound that revealed a small fracture, but no surgery is required thank goodness. I am working with it strapped and seeing a hand physio.

Hand up date, saw the physio on Monday. Had to cancel Mondays and Tuesdays clients. Sorry again, team. Have tomorrow off see physio again. She doesn't think it's fractured. I do have an ultrasound booked for Monday just to make sure. I'm hoping I can get back into some massage this week. But I will see what she has to say tomorrow.

Hey team, I had a great time away at our karate camp at the weekend.

However, I have tweaked my old thumb injury again.

Sorry to those I have had to cancel on today.

I am seeing my hand physio today, so I'm hopefully I will be able to work through it like last time.

Last day in beautiful Aitutaki.

It is time for a wee break with Hubby to celebrate 15 years of marriage. I'm back into it on Tuesday, 28th October.

I'm a bit late, but better late than never.

Back to work today after some awesome family time.

It's that time again. I have taken a few days off to spend with the kids. But I will be back into it on Friday the 26th. Hope everyone has safe happy school holidays.
