Who’s ready to fall in love with a bargain? 😘💄

I often head out for a run with my head full of words — everything I want to say and share — and then I sit down at my computer… and nothing comes out.

Lately, I’ve realised I’m a bit at a crossroads with Why Not Kiss.

I genuinely love the products. I wear them daily, I believe in the skincare range, and I love that they’re vegan and aligned with so many of my values. What I’ve learned along the way — especially the confidence it’s given me — is something I’ll always be grateful for.

What I don’t love? Social media.
And I think it’s time I’m honest about that.

I’m comfortable on my private account, sharing little snippets of life for friends and family back home. But showing up in a public space like this has never felt natural to me. I’ve tried — truly — but it just isn’t who I am. Reels, trends, constant posting… I don’t enjoy it, and when there’s no passion, it doesn’t stick.

My background is in advertising and marketing, but my heart has always been in print design. Being in a print house, smelling the paper and ink, learning processes, working out sheet sizes — that’s my happy place. Social media was never really my thing.

Add to that the constant emails about new launches and promotions, and at times it’s felt like a full-time job without the pay. I know effort is required to build anything meaningful — but time is precious, and I really struggle with being indoors, alone, in front of a screen for hours on end.

What I do love is one-on-one time. Sitting with people, especially women who don’t usually wear makeup or have a skincare routine, and showing them products in a relaxed, no-pressure way. That part lights me up.

So yes — I’ve been a little quieter here. After taking a proper break over Christmas, I’ve been doing some soul-searching about what fits me and this stage of life.

For now, you’ll see me sharing promotions and updates — and with Valentine’s Day coming up, I’ll be running my own stock-on-hand sale. I’m working on the graphics for that at the moment, so keep an eye out… something lovely is coming 💗
