Meet Ythan,
Ythan started her hairdressing journey with us 4 months ago as our apprentice, and we’re so excited to have her on the team! 🤍

Ythan has all ready discovered a love for creating beautiful blow waves and soft curls. She’s passionate about learning, meeting new people, and is excited to continue growing her skills as she builds a career in hairdressing.

When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find her at the gym or spending quality time with her family.

Meet Jayne,
With an incredible 42 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, she remains as passionate as ever about her craft. Jayne loves helping people look and feel their best, bringing confidence to every client who sits in her chair.

While she enjoys all aspects of hairdressing, her true passion lies in cutting, she believes a great cut is the foundation of every beautiful style, with colour used to enhance and elevate the final look.

Outside of the salon, Jayne enjoys running and is always up for a new adventure. She has a deep love for music and a real soft spot for animals.

Jayne looks forward to welcoming you into Meiko and helping you achieve your perfect look. ✨

Meet Irene,
Irene brings over 50 years of experience in the hairdressing industry and continues to have a genuine passion for her craft. She is supported by a loyal client base that keeps her fully booked year-round.

Working alongside a talented team keeps Irene inspired, and she values being part of such a collaborative and creative environment.

Recently, Irene has reduced her hours to three days a week, including two late nights, allowing her to enjoy a better work–life balance and spend more time with family, friends, and personal interests such as cooking and gardening.

Meet Doreen ✨
The face of our front of house and the queen of making things happen, even when we’re fully booked, she’ll somehow find you that appointment 😉

With years of experience in the hairdressing world, Doreen knows her stuff, even though she never officially did her apprenticeship when needed she can step in and deliver a pretty great shampoo and treatment, also the odd blow wave here and there.
