Coming up with questions was way harder than we thought 😂
🤠🪩
Guess the theme! 😆🪩🤠💃
Our most popular treatment for a reason. A true fix all treatment , there’s nothing this Enzyme Therapy Masque doesn’t treat!!
178 Enzyme Therapy Treatments & counting 😍
I could probably make a ton of these because my eczema journey the past couple years was ROUGH (probably because I decided to come off topical steroid creams but that’s another video in itself 😅 IYKYK) I’m finally at a place where it’s much more manageable, but if you’re going through the thick of it right now, it does get better- I promise ❤️🩹
1. Good quality bedding/sheets - look for 100% cotton
2. LED Light Therapy
3. A high quality EFA supplement - DMK’s blend is my favorite
4. An air purifier
5. Someone to help that specializes in eczema 🫶
Other things that have really helped me:
- Regularly airing out the house - I know this goes without saying but life gets busy!!
- swapping candles for diffusers (this has helped my asthma too)
- weaning off topical steroids very slowly (personal preference)
- having a support person (thank you husband ❤️)
- acupuncture!!
- identifying your personal environmental triggers allergies and food triggers (get a skin prick test through GP)
- press on nails! Honestly huge lifesaver. Helps not break the skin when you scratch.
- using topical skincare designed to heal the skin barrier- try avoid anything that makes you too itchy, it might not be a bad product it might just be too much for your skin at this time
- ICEEEE THE ITCHHHH! 🧊
- DMK EFA’s, Beta Gel & Actrol powder - life saver

Skin deserves a deeper conversation 🤍
One day, I think we’ll be having much bigger conversations about why symptom management so often became the first approach for things like Acne and Eczema instead of also asking what might be contributing to a person’s skin concerns.
For some people, that might include things like gut health, insulin resistance, hormonal imbalances, skin barrier dysfunction, histamine intolerance, or other underlying health factors. For others, it may be something entirely different.
That’s not to say treatments like the pill or topical steroid creams never have a place - they absolutely can, and for many people they’re an important part of care.
But too often, the conversation stops at managing symptoms rather than also exploring why the skin is behaving that way in the first place.
Acne and eczema can be incredibly debilitating, affecting not only the skin but also confidence, comfort, mental wellbeing, and day-to-day life.
Skin deserves curiosity, not just quick fixes that temporarily work. It deserves a deeper conversation 🫶

Pigmentation isn’t something you have to just “live with”
As the weather cools and UV levels drop, winter is the ideal time to start treating unwanted pigmentation 🙌
This is my favorite time of year for skin treatments because we can bring out the big guns and tailor treatments to encourage your skin to work a bit harder 💪
There are 4 main types of pigmentation… do you know which one you have? 🤍
Not all pigmentation is treated the same way - understanding what’s causing your pigmentation is the first step to choosing the right treatment and achieving the best results.
Swipe through to learn more ➡️
☀️ Heat & inflammation can play a big role in pigmentation.
Melasma can be triggered or worsened by heat sources like sun exposure and saunas, as well as certain medications.
Post-inflammatory pigmentation can appear after the skin has experienced inflammation or injury - such as acne, eczema, burns, or wounds.
Understanding what’s causing your pigmentation is key to achieving longer-lasting results and reducing the risk of it returning
Rather than simply lightening the surface, our treatments are designed to strengthen skin function while targeting excess pigmentation.
✨ DMK Enzyme Therapy: works on training that melanocyte you see in slide 1 to reduce pigment production significantly
+ our new
✨ Brighten Up Express Bar: the perfect maintenance or introductory treatment to boost radiance and target uneven skin tone.
✨ Glow Up Express Bar: designed to leave your skin glowing while supporting a brighter, healthier complexion. LED Light also helps to reduce inflammation associated with pigmentation.
+ If you’ve seen me before and your skin is suitable, you may even be ready for our Skin Boost Express Vitamin A peel treatment - our more advanced option for improving pigmentation and overall skin quality!
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to skin. With a range of treatment options available, we’ll tailor your skin journey around your concerns, goals, budget, and lifestyle 🫶

This is why we love skin needling!!! 😍😍🥳
Look at that reduction in scarring through the cheek area! It just shows what we can accomplish with the right tools - in only 3 months 🥹 IT MAKES ME SO HAPPYYYY!
We did 3 x Micro-needling sessions - 4 weeks a part (one treatment included enzyme therapy as well 🙌)
Book in a micro needling session this month and receive a complimentary LED Light therapy add on to your appointment. LED pairs so well with needling - enhancing healing, even more collagen production & you have less down time 🙌

5 Enzyme Treatments progress picture 😍 Rebuilding the skin 🙌
A lot of people focus on the remove & resurfacing (don’t get me wrong I love a good peel/exfoliant) but what I LOVE about DMK is we also do the rebuilding 👷♀️👷
Peels help brighten, remove dead skin cells and refine the skin - Enzyme Therapy rebuilds the skin functions at a deep cellular level. So not only are we getting the removal of dead skin cells- we are rebuilding the foundations.
Skin cells run thousands of biochemical reactions every second. A large portion of these reactions are enzyme-driven
Enzymes play a role in pigment production, oil flow, barrier function, collagen production, hydration and healthy cell turnover.
So when we see different skin conditions on the surface, it’s often a sign that the skin’s internal processes aren’t functioning optimally.
This beautiful girl had a lack of ceramides in the skin, poor barrier function, over production of oil, Trans epidermal water loss (dehydration in the skin). Her barrier wasn’t mixing oil and water effectively so it was creating build up under the skin of thick oil and dead skin cells- we revised this and the above dysfunctions using enzyme therapy so these processes can work effectively - meaning she no longer gets as many of these bumps as well as less active breakouts and redness.
This is what happens when we support skin function instead of fighting symptoms. Our goal isn’t just to treat what we see - it’s to support the skin so these natural processes can function the way they’re designed to.
Skin healing isn’t a quick fix, but it is possible with the right plan and when we understand what processes are going wrong in the skin and how to best support them 🙌
