This weekend... it's food show time, and our usual market routine!!!

Both Saturday and Sunday, you will find Marea at the Waikato Food Show at Claudelands, Hamilton.

Daniel will be at the Tauranga Farmers Market on Saturday, and the Hamilton Farmers' Market on Sunday.

Heads up only ONE dispatch day (Monday) next week. Please get orders in by 11.59pm on Sunday

Foodie Friday - 🍳 Herby Sauerkraut & Feta Frittata

Looking for an easy, flavour-packed meal for breakfast, brunch or a light dinner? This one’s a winner! Made with GoodBugs Zuurkool Real Sauerkraut (or swap in our Dilly Dally Dill Sauerkraut for a fresh twist), it’s simple, wholesome, and seriously delicious πŸ˜‹

πŸ₯š Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, finely sliced
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
8 large free-range eggs
1 cup soft herbs (parsley, basil or coriander), roughly chopped
1/2 cup drained sauerkraut + 1 tbsp reserved juice
100g feta, crumbled

πŸ”₯ Method:
Preheat oven to 200Β°C.
Heat olive oil in an ovenproof pan. Cook onion and garlic for 4–5 mins until soft.
Whisk eggs with herbs, sauerkraut and juice. Season with salt & pepper.
Pour over onions, sprinkle feta on top.
Bake 15–20 mins until puffed, golden and set.
Serve warm or at room temp with extra herbs + salad or chutney.

Simple. Nourishing. Gut-friendly goodness πŸ’š
