Besides our personal practice, Reiki is all about giving treatments, sharing our love and extending our kindness to others.

This book is the practical culmination of more than thirty years of hands- on Reiki practice. Without my clients, students, friends and family this project would be an empty page. It is you who gave shape to the formless, the inexplicable and the mysterious and I thank you for that.

Energy needs space to expand in. Over the years the inner house has been emptied of its furniture. Thoughts and emotions, memories and dreams, opinions and concepts made space for a delicious absence, that I would like to share with all of you.

In “Reiki Just Do It” you will find treatment tips for dealing with illnesses from A-Z that challenge the inner climate of the 21st century human being, knowing well that each and every client is perfect as they are: you are incurably well. Instead of focusing on what is “wrong” with a client, look at what is right.

Most, but not all illnesses begin in the heart/mind. Cleanse your heart/mind, transform trauma and negativity, and give space to the whole complexity and miracle that is you.

You are your life, appreciate and enjoy it!

Even though a thorough treatment plan is given for a comprehensive number of common ailments, please remember that Reiki is not a technique. Instead of following a prescribed way of working, use whatever other teachers, including me may suggest as pointers, a finger pointing to the moon: don’t look at the finger!

This book is aimed to help you find safety, comfort and confidence in your practice: turn on the Reiki and let it teach you!
