Microneedling vs Soft Needling

Did you know there are different approaches to skin needling, and deeper isn't always better?

Both treatments have their place, but they work in different ways and offer different benefits.

✨ Microneedling works deeper within the skin, stimulating collagen production to help improve fine lines, scarring, skin texture and firmness.

✨ Soft Needling is a much gentler, superficial treatment that helps enhance the absorption of specially selected serums, improve the appearance of dull skin and give your skin a lovely refresh, generally with minimal downtime.

How many microneedling sessions do I recommend? 🤍

For most skin concerns, I recommend starting with a course of 3 treatments, around 4–6 weeks apart.

Why 3? Because microneedling isn’t about one quick fix — each treatment stimulates your skin’s natural repair response and collagen production, with results continuing to develop between appointments.

After your initial course, we can space treatments out and use them for maintenance depending on your skin and your goals.

Good skin takes time — we’re encouraging your skin to do the work ✨
