✨ Celebrating Matariki at Varda Academy ✨
Today we came together as a Varda whānau to celebrate Matariki – a time to reflect on the past, celebrate the present, and look forward to the future.
Our students shared a delicious lunch together before taking a moment to think about their hopes and aspirations for the year ahead. Each student wrote a goal on a sticky note and placed it on one of the nine Matariki stars, creating a beautiful display of dreams, determination, and new beginnings.
It was a wonderful opportunity to connect, reflect, and celebrate this special time together.
