Lower Face Balancing ✨

Sometimes it’s not about creating a bigger jawline it’s about creating better balance.

For this beautiful result, we focused on:
• Defining the lower face
• Enhancing the chin shadow to create more definition through the front of the jaw
• Improving overall facial harmony for the illusion of a sharper, more structured jawline
• Adding subtle anterior cheek projection to support the mid-face and create a smoother transition into the lower face

📸 A quick note about these before & afters:
The front-facing before photo was taken after her cheek filler had already been completed, so the cheek enhancement is already visible in that image.

The side profile and 45° before photos, however, were taken before the cheek filler treatment, which is why you’ll notice the additional projection and support through the mid-face in the after images.

This beautiful transformation was completed over two appointments. We first dissolved her previous filler due to migration into the wet-dry border, allowing us to start with a clean foundation and restore the natural lip anatomy.

Once the tissue had healed, we carefully rebuilt the lips with a focus on balance and structure, creating a soft, elegant keyhole pout.

By adding support to the chin and softening the chin shadow (pre-jowl sulcus), we created a smoother jawline transition, improved lower face balance, and gave the profile a more defined, feminine shape.
