Our plant-based body washes are made without the stronger foaming agents found in many conventional washes, so the lather can feel softer and lighter.
That is where a good sea sponge comes in.
Wet the sponge, add a little Body Wash, then gently work it into a creamy lather. The sponge helps spread the wash beautifully and turns an everyday shower into a more considered ritual.

Our Repair Everything Balm is made by us in Hastings with Kawakawa, Mamaku, Mānuka honey, arnica, calendula and other beautiful ingredients.
I keep mine beside the bed and use it on my face, hands, lips, heels, elbows and little dry patches whenever they need a bit of extra care.
It is rich, comforting and honestly glorious.

Just a little reminder of why we do what we do.
I’ve just received this beautiful message from a customer, Gilly:
“You may be interested to hear, since I switched everything in the house over to Real World, my son’s eczema has completely cleared up. For years I tried everything on his hands and truly nothing worked. I switched to Real World and a month or so later, it was gone.
I will never use any other hand wash, cleaning spray or dishwashing liquid ever again!”
This was the whole catalyst for starting Real World. My own skin was suffering so badly from the supermarket products we were using around our home, and I wanted to create gentler, plant-based alternatives for my own family.
I love receiving messages like this. They remind me why I started, why we keep going and why helping families make more considered choices at home will always matter to us.

🍅 Our Tomato Leaves range is coming back!
It was originally meant to be limited edition, but so many of you asked us to make it part of our permanent range, so that’s exactly what we’re doing.
We made another batch of Tomato Leaves Dishwash Refills yesterday and they’re available online now.
Next up will be the Hand Wash, Bench Spray and Laundry Liquid. We’ll add each product to the website as soon as it’s ready, rather than making you wait for the entire range.
The bottled products will return in our signature black bottles, with the Dishwash in its beautiful amber glass bottle.
We know many of you have been hanging out for the refills, so thank you for being patient while we bring everything back, one product at a time.
