It’s been an incredible journey building this business, and nights like last night remind me just how far we’ve come. 🥹✨

Off on the best adventure with my two most favourite people in this world (the Ma & Pa of ABL) We have so many things to celebrate Anna’s Beauty Lounge turning 2 years Being Nominated for the Hawke’s Bay business awards There is something incredibly symbolic about standing on an island surrounded by endless ocean, knowing you’ve finally found the courage to let go of what no longer serves you.

This trip isn’t just a holiday—it’s a celebration of a new chapter. A chapter of choosing peace, choosing growth, and choosing myself.

Separation is never something you celebrate because of the ending. You celebrate it because sometimes the bravest thing you can do is create space for a happier, healthier future.

Here’s to healing, to freedom, to finding joy again, and to all the beautiful adventures still waiting.

Rarotonga, you’ve already reminded me that life can be both beautifully messy and incredibly exciting. 🌴✨

For the first time in over two years of pouring my heart and soul into creating Anna’s Beauty Lounge and Academy, I’m taking a well-earned break.

From building our beautiful salon, growing our incredible Academy, celebrating amazing achievements, and supporting so many wonderful clients and students… it’s been an unforgettable journey. Every late night, every challenge, every celebration has been worth it because of the incredible community that has stood beside me.

So, from 21st of this month, Anna’s Beauty Lounge will be closed for 7 days while I head to beautiful Rarotonga.

This isn’t just a holiday.

This is time to breathe, reflect, dream, and map out the next exciting chapter for Anna’s Beauty Lounge and Academy. Some of the biggest ideas don’t come while you’re rushing from one appointment to the next—they come when you finally slow down.

What better place to plan the future than with a piña colada in my hand, my feet in the sand, and a vision bigger than ever before? 🍹🌴

I can honestly say I have never been more excited about where we’re heading. There are some incredible things in the works for both the salon and the Academy, and I can’t wait to share them with you when I return.

To every client who has trusted me, every student who has believed in our Academy, and every single person who has supported this dream over the last two years—thank you. You are the reason I get to dream bigger every single day.

Before I disappear to paradise, make sure you book your appointments, as we’ll be taking a short 7-day break and spaces before we leave are filling fast.

Yesterday we had the absolute pleasure of creating the nails for this beautiful bride and her Maid of Honour, and today at 11am she says “I do!” ❤️
