Tūpore Infrastructure
Everything we do starts with people. Helping our team, clients and communities thrive.
We create, grow and build to lift up those around us, that’s the Tūpore way.
Out at our Stockade Quarry in Central Hawke's Bay
Just one of our four consented quarries, this site is part of how Tūpore keeps aggregate supply moving for projects right across the region. Good crew, good gear, good mahi.
Full supply chain ownership — quarry to road.

As the Matariki stars rise this weekend, we're taking a moment to pause, to reflect on the year that's been, remember those who've come before us and look ahead to what's next for our Tūpore whānau.
From the quarry, to the plant, to the crews out on site, it's been a big year. Thank you to every single person who shows up, puts in the mahi and makes Tūpore what it is.
Wishing our whole Hawke's Bay community a peaceful long weekend with whānau. 🖤

If you haven't seen this beautiful face before, meet Breanna, our very own speedway racer, and granddaughter of one of our awesome Tūpore team members, George!
Breanna popped in yesterday to say thank you for our sponsorship and support of her racing last season. Supporting our people and the things they and their whānau are passionate about is what it's all about for us.
Forever proud of you 464b Ministock Breanna and thank you for all the goodies 🏁
Up and running and loving every minute of it!
Our asphalt plant is well into the swing of things, stockpiles are growing, the silos are humming and there's a steady stream of trucks in and out getting Hawke's Bay's roads sorted. Good to see the extra capacity being put straight to work.
Proud of the team keeping it all moving. This is what "built for Hawke's Bay" looks like in action 📸📸

Some mornings the yard tells the whole story!
Trucks lined up and ready, our Omahu Asphalt Plant pumping out the volumes to keep Hawke's Bay moving. It's a sight that never gets old, all heading out to build the roads our communities rely on.
Behind every truck in that line is a crew who turned up, did the mahi, and kept things running. That's what Tūpore is really about, we build roads that build people.

A huge thank you to Ritapearl & HB State Highway Issues for the kind words and recognition of our Tupore driver today. We are humbled to be acknowledged for simply doing what we do every day. At Tupore, we don’t do it for recognition; we do it because caring for people, putting safety first, and helping our community is at the heart of who we are.
Making lives and communities better, the Tupore way 💛

The sun is shining over Central Hawkes Bay and we're kicking off another busy week doing what we do best.
There's something special about starting a Monday with clear skies, hardworking machinery, and a great crew ready to get the job done.
Wishing everyone a productive week ahead. Stay safe, work hard, and make the most of the sunshine!

We are incredibly proud to be supporting the team at Kick Back and the powerful work they are doing to create real change for rangatahi and tamariki at risk of, or experiencing homelessness in Auckland.
Kick Back is doing incredibly important work by supporting rangatahi through difficult times by connecting them with housing, community care and other essential services, with compassion, understanding, and genuine care. They are focused on creating positive pathways forward— offering support, connection, advocacy, and work-readiness & skill development opportunities through The Mahi Club programme that supports rangatahi from street to stability for those who may otherwise feel unheard or unsupported. Their passion for strengthening communities and making a lasting difference is something we deeply admire and strongly believe in.
Recently, Jules and Eon had the opportunity to meet with Rose and Aaron at Kick Back (The Front Door) in Auckland, where they shared the heart behind their kaupapa, the people they support, and the vision they have for creating long-term positive impact within communities.
For us, supporting organisations like Kick Back is important because we believe strong communities are built through compassion, connection, and people genuinely showing up for one another. We are excited about the beginning of what we know will be a meaningful and impactful relationship.

We love a good before & after!
From concept to construction, here’s a look at how the Aropaoanui River Crossing Culvert project has come together for our client FMNZ.
This project has involved a full scope of river crossing works. Careful planning and precision have been key throughout the process, helping us manage water flow while maintaining strong environmental and safety standards every step of the way.
It’s always rewarding seeing a project evolve stage by stage and we’re proud of how this crossing has shaped up 👌
