Before we start adding targeted serums, and all the extras, I want to make sure the foundations are right first:

🫧 CLEANSE — effectively remove makeup, SPF and daily build-up without stripping your skin.

✨ EXFOLIATE — help remove built-up dead skin cells, refine texture and keep skin looking fresh and smooth. The key is using the right exfoliation at the right frequency — more is definitely not better!

💧 HYDRATE — support your skin barrier, reduce water loss and keep skin functioning at its best. And yes, oily skin can still be dehydrated!

☀️ SPF — the absolute non-negotiable. Every. Single. Day. Especially if we’re investing in professional treatments and working on pigmentation and ageing.

Once your Core Four are covered, then we can get more specific with targeted ingredients for your individual skin concerns.

And remember, you don’t need a 10-step routine or a bathroom cabinet overflowing with products.

Your skin has two pretty important jobs: protect by day, repair by night

During the day, your skin is dealing with UV exposure, pollution, free radicals and oxidative stress - all things that contribute to inflammation, pigmentation and premature aging.
So your morning routine should be about helping it defend itself.
Think:

Tyrosinase inhibitors → help interrupt excess pigment production
