Great start to our Saturday - frosty walk, arm day with a few new PBs followed by our favourite coffee Wright & Co
We were frozen to the bone this morning but got it done - then coffee!!

Was a bit drizzly out on our walk today but got it done. Then upper body workout at gym - followed by coffee of course! 😊✌️
