This was to be my last week working from my current Olive Tree studio, however our home (and my cosy little home based studio) is right in the middle of the badly affected area from the tornado that came through on the weekend. The roads to our house and The Olive Tree studio are closed for residents and recovery crew/services only, so I am closed this week and I appreciate everyone with understanding to reschedule.

It’s times like this that I am so incredibly grateful for having Reiki in my life, it’s been integral to me to centre, ground, release, feel and calm my nervous system the past couple of days. As well as sending out Reiki (love) to my neighbours and community.

What a year! As I reflect on the last 12 months and what’s unfolded in 2024, I just want to say a heartfelt thank you…thank you to each and every one of you for your support, encouragement, kindness, openness and laughter. I feel incredibly grateful to be able to follow my passions, create something meaningful that I can support, connect and share with others, continue my ever unfolding learning journey, and just genuinely LOVE each and every day I get to do the work I do for the epic people who trust in me to support them. I truly appreciate you all!

Sooo what is Reflexology?!

It’s World Reflexology Week 👣🌏💞 so I thought I’d share with you part of my talk that I recently shared with my class as part of the curriculum toward my Diploma of Reflexology.

Check out just some of the ways it may help support you! It can be included and an integral part of your ongoing maintenance in your health and wellbeing or in addressing specific concerns and conditions that you may be journeying (struggling) with.

There are so many reasons and benefits for receiving a Reiki session and for learning Reiki to integrate into your life as a practice for you and to share with others.

At its heart, the essence of Reiki is love. So each time you give or receive, you’re attuning to that energy and accessing the infinite possibilities available, trusting it is going where it is needed most in that moment for you (or the person receiving)❣️

If you want to achieve something specific from your sessions (eg: acknowledge, shift and/or let go of emotions or feelings that you are no longer wanting to hold onto), then hold that intention for your session, and if it feels right for you, also share this with your Reiki practitioner before you begin so you can both hold this intention together and allow the Reiki energy to do what it does best 🌬️✨🫧🪽
