First stage in our August Skin Rest is the Consultation.

During this appointment, we will discuss your concerns, goals and current routine.

From here, I will give you a skin analysis, focusing on the health of the skin. Then perform a mini facial using the asap products - Double cleanse, exfoliation, serum, moisturiser & SPF.

You will be given a prescription of recommended homecare, treatment plan and any additional information and support to assist you with your skin goals.

If you do wish to get started on your asap journey, 10% off any retail purchases during this appointment and others included in the August Reset, will be available.

I get it, life gets busy.

When you make an appointment online, especially weeks in advance, you are reserving that time for you, no one else can book it, it's yours. This often means other clients have to wait or miss out completely.

When you don't show up to an appointment, that is an opportunity lost not just for you, but for somebody else too.

Also, this is a loss of income for your provider. Imagine going to work and not getting paid, despite setting up, waiting and then unable to fill the spot because you had no notice.

It costs nothing to cancel an appointment. Even when you get your reminder text message 24 hours before. If you no longer require it, we prefer you let us know. It is always OK to cancel - that is your right.

When we call you to confirm, or to see where you are, don't screen our calls. Again, we just want to know what is going on for our time that you reserved - that too, is our right.

Kindness can go both ways. Failure to attend or get in contact with us can result in being unable to book future treatments. To protect our peace, our boundaries and our business.

It's been a minute since I've been on the socials ✨️ here's what's been happening lately

🇺🇸 As most of you know, Hubby went to the USA for 3 weeks for the King of the Hammers event. Having to juggle the return to school, working and being a solo parent but we did it!! So happy he's home (he is also extremely jet lagged here)

🦵 Bought some new wax warmer cartridges. Bit boring but I do love a little upgrade and new pretty things for the salon.

💍 Celebrated 15 years of marriage! Fifteen!! Such an amazing milestone and so incredibly proud of us.

💉 Microneedling season is here! This treatment is definitely ramping up & I am seeing some amazing results from clients. Minimal downtime and such a great way to improve skin post summer.

🗓 I recently worked for free! After an unfortunate large amount of last minute cancellations, once I paid my suppliers and insurance, put aside Tax and GST there was nothing to take home that week. Just a reminder that you win some as a business owner and you do infact lose some.

🪪 Got asked for ID buying wine!!! No makeup and this poor gal thought I was born in the 2000s!!! Must be all the Microneedling 😅
