Space - The Mount

A Space that fits between everything else.

The pause. A private studio and extended appointments to give back to your nervous system.

Space - Mount Location

On your kiosks this October.

✨

The Mount Studio.

A private space to switch off, slow down and stay awhile.

Designed for one, or to share with a friend, our extended appointments give you time to enjoy the space without feeling rushed. A cup of herbal tea, something sweet, conversation or the quiet. The purpose of this space is that it can be whatever you need.

For the visual learner.

Cued by highly qualified instructors and physios, our on demand reformer model lets you choose a class at a level that suits you and your capacity on the day.

If you’re someone who learns by watching, the kiosk gives you a visual reference for every movement. If your mind drifts off, you can simply look back to the screen and check your position, pace or next movement. Rather than relying on the person next to you and hoping they’re not doing the same thing.

For some people, hearing an instruction and translating it into a body position isn’t quite as easy as seeing it.

Open invitation to send is a message anytime if you would like to come and give it a go, no pressure or pitch from us. Just see if it is a good fit.

For the health benefits, for the beauty benefits, for the longevity benefits, for the whole body relaxation, for the twenty minutes for you.

SOHL full body Red Light Therapy Pod sessions available at both studios.

The walk to the outdoor shower after a red light therapy + sauna session at Space — Mount Maunganui.
