Mitchell and his friend Sam, who are both studying at Wellington University, have created their own company, Mitsamu — a play on both their names.

They’ve done everything themselves from the ground up, from designing the belts and creating the brand, to building the website and getting it all launched.

It takes a lot to back yourself and actually have a go at starting something of your own, especially while studying, so I’m incredibly proud of them both for turning an idea into something real.
