Which one are you? 👀

No wrong answer — just wherever you’re starting from. Bare minimum still beats nothing. 🖤

Save this and build up when you’re ready.

Trend check: LED. ✅

Strength, wavelength, protocol — all of it matters. A $30 mask off social media isn’t giving you any of that. You get what you pay for. 💸

Ask me before you buy one — I’ll point you to something that’s actually worth it.

Essential fatty acids: why they matter for skin health. 🖤

Essential fatty acids (EFAs) are nutrients your body can’t make on its own — you have to get them through diet. The two primary ones, omega-3 and omega-6, are essential for healthy skin function.

One of their biggest jobs: maintaining the skin barrier 🛡️. Alongside ceramides and cholesterol, EFAs form the lipid “”mortar”” between skin cells — reducing water loss and protecting skin from irritants and environmental damage. When EFAs are lacking, that barrier breaks down, leaving skin dry, sensitive and more prone to inflammation.

They also help regulate inflammation, support healthy cell membranes and promote tissue repair — which is why deficiencies can show up as barrier dysfunction, slow healing, and conditions like acne and eczema.

Topical skincare can support the barrier, but healthy skin also depends on what you’re feeding it 🐟🥑🌰. Oily fish, walnuts, flaxseeds, chia seeds, h**p seeds and extra virgin olive oil are all rich in EFAs.

Healthy skin isn’t just about what you put on it. It’s about giving your body what it needs to build, repair and protect skin from within. 💧

Wipes are for baby’s bums. Not faces. 🫳🏼 🎤

I didn’t create the Beauté & Co. Facial Cleansing Cloths to sell another product. I created them to solve a problem. 💡

Back in the 2020 lockdown, I wanted to design a cleansing cloth gentle enough for even the most sensitive skin. Traditional face cloths are more abrasive than people realise — those coarse loops create friction that can lead to irritation, redness, even tiny micro-abrasions to the skin. For anyone with sensitive, inflamed or compromised skin, that’s the last thing you need.

So I designed my own. Made from millions of ultra-fine, hair-like fibres, they lift away makeup, oil, sunscreen and cleanser residue without dragging or scrubbing. Machine washable, reusable ♻️, and a lot kinder to your skin — and the planet — than disposable wipes.

Each box comes with two: one for your morning cleanse ☀️, one for your evening routine 🌙. $29 for the set.

Once you’ve cleansed with one, you won’t want to go back. Healthy skin starts with a gentle cleanse. ✨

Shop them now — or ask me next time you’re in: https://www.innerbeautynz.com/product-page/beaut%C3%A9-amp-co-facial-cleansing-cloths
