This is one of the most common things I hear from clients, and the answer usually isn’t to buy an even richer moisturiser.

Here’s why…

Your skin has a protective barrier that acts like a shield. One of its main jobs is to keep moisture in and irritants out.

When that barrier becomes compromised, your skin loses water more quickly than it should. This is called transepidermal water loss (TEWL).

So even though you’re applying moisturiser, your skin struggles to hold onto that hydration. It can leave your skin feeling tight, flaky, sensitive, or like your moisturiser “doesn’t last.”

Today we officially went unconditional on our very first home! 🏡

This also means an exciting new chapter for Classique Skin & Beauty. Over the coming months, the clinic will be moving to our new property, and I can’t wait to welcome you into the new space.

If you’ve noticed I’ve been a little MIA lately, this is why! Between buying our first home, all the paperwork, packing, and preparing for the move, life has been a little hectic. I’ll probably continue to be a bit quiet over the next month or so while everything comes together, but I promise it’ll all be worth it.

I’ll be sharing updates along the way, but for now I just want to say a huge thank you to every single client who’s supported my little business.
