My new fave baking obsession everyday sourdough loaf - it’s a great “no knead” loaf that is perfect for toast and stays moist and soft for a sandwich! I have a starter ( I call her mother) that’s been with me for 5 or 6 years - sometimes left in the fridge for months to the point that I think I’ve killed her, but she always bounces back ❤️. I do love making traditional rustic bread but sometimes just don’t have time for all that stretching and folding 😛 ❤️
