I’m playing the doctor again.
Otherwise -
My apologies for last Friday🦜
I was driving back from Auckland and did not turn up until 345pm.
We had one disappointed member.
It is early days and as the weather cools less people will be on holiday.

Paeroa Chess Club Rules for the Library —- Start Friday 19/01/2024

* This Post has all potential chess club attendees tagged.

* If possible write your name on a sticky label.

* The Chess club is active on Friday from 130pm to 430 pm.

* Please no new games after …415 pm

* Try to bring your own chess sets…because the library is short of chess sets.

* Please follow Library Rules and advice from Libarians.

The Paeroa Chess Club
Is a place to meet and play chess.
The library is an ideal place to meet and get to know our chess partners.
There is no one in charge.
We meet - we play on an agreed day so that library staff schedule a time that suits the Staff.
To begin - We will meet on Friday afternoons from 2pm to 5 pm
The chess group is called a club so that the Facebook name stands out as a group of like minded local people.

You will see that a day - date and time will be suggested.
This can change in the future.
Ideally the club will need to be open after 5pm but this is a discussion after the basics have been established.
I will bring my own chess set.
Otherwise the Library has some to borrow.
