Lately I’ve been putting more effort into the things that make me feel good outside of mahi… things that fill my cup!
moving my body, having a nice hot sauna, reading, trying new things, self improvement and spending time with the people I love (my favorite is lazy chill days at home with my darling, after manic cleaning the already clean house😭😂)

I love being busy and building my business, but I’m also learning to clock OUT and actually enjoy the life we work hard for.

A reminder that supporting someone else’s success will never take away from your own.

Something that really triggers me is seeing people try to grow by tearing others down! Go work on your mindset! There is room for all of us to grow, win, evolve and flourish… And if you do this, you p**s me off🙄🤣

Anywayy im just trying to change up the aesthetic of my page, as it feels very cluttered (which I hate.. I genuinely think about this multiple a day 🤣).
so I thought I’d make every 2nd post a random B&W pic and have colored content focused on client transformations to just break things up a bit and hopefully look more appealing (…..mostly to me, it will genuinely help me sleep better at night if it does🤣).
