Sometimes it’s hard for a client to visualise but today I helped show the client the end result by asking ChatGPT to cool tone her hair to give us the look before we committed to it

Some fresh baby lights to just lift the overall colour.
Taken the dark edge of the natural colour. Added a warm caramel to keep it looking natural and low maintenance
