If you haven’t had a hot stone massage before then now’s the time. It’s deep a relaxation massage with volcanic hot stones and heated coconut oil, then the botanical back exfoliation and hot towel adds a treat for the senses.

Te Putiputi offers a a soothing cleanser, followed with a geranium toner to tighten skin, and a soft & hydrating day moisturiser. Facial massaging and warm towels in between.

Tbh the absolute best thing you can do for your muscles is use them more, especially resistance training. When I’m sore I train and it helps a lot. But when you’re burnt out or in your head too much or have painful tightness that just won’t go away, probably because of stress and your body being in a state of flight or fight too much. Then you probably need a deep relaxation massage to let your body have a break and do the healing it’s capable of doing.

There’s 3 most common things my clients will say after their massage, “that was amazing”, “I was so relaxed” and “that’s the best massage I’ve ever had”.

Every good thing you do for your body is an investment into your overall well-being. And please.. slow the f*ck down, it’s not a race.
