Neck’s best thing

We underestimate the impact winter has on our bodies.

Tight muscles from too much sitting, vitamin d deficiencies from lack of sun exposure, worsening of arthritis and chronic pain conditions - just to name a few!

Then add to that the many colds and respiratory infections that have been going around causing body aches, muscle pain and fatigue, followed by periods of reduced activity that leave you feeling physically weaker and stiffer afterwards.

Now spring is here I'm ready to get outside, get moving again and support my body so that I can head in to summer feeling my absolute best.

It's finally here! 🌸

There's a part of me that really loves winter here in North Canterbury - the beautiful blue skies on a crisp morning, coming home from the kid's rugby and making a warm fire and the extra time spent snuggling together on the sofa.

It's a season that gives us permission to slow down a little and hibernate.

But by the time September rolls around, my body is usually ready for spring. I'm ready for warmer days, longer evenings and shaking off some of my winter stiffness!
