Weekends aren't always in the garden or kitchen! I have an obsession with waterblasting & love getting dirty....😳
Lucky for me....The man restores & fixes chainsaws so there's ALWAYS something for me to clean!
And learning along the way too, one day I'll be able to restore my own with out any help, gotta start somewhere! Love using one but putting one together from a 100 bits without help is a different story!

I had a funny thing happen the other day that has had me thinking on it ever since, a lovely customer said to me "Ohh gosh you ask so many questions!" she wasn't angry or upset, but she was shocked!

For me, taking the time to ask questions, offering a bespoke, individualised service, where the customer feels heard, supported and comfortable is at the heart of what I do. Sometimes, the chat in itself starts that healing process and having someone to help untangle things or make sense of what may be happening is invaluable.

Every person is unique and so is their health journey.
I like to look at the bigger picture. There is no one size fits all approach, and having these conversations helps me to build a better understanding of the persons individual needs and situation.

My questions will include discussing health history, past health conditions and concerns, any past injuries or trauma as well as present day concerns you may have.

I may ask questions relating to the different body systems, including bowel/bladder function, nothing will shock or surprise me.
I will talk with you about physical symptoms you've noticed, changes in energy, how you are feeling mentally and emotionally, we will discuss sleep, stress and lifestyle factors, I will 100% ask about diet & exercise.

I will always ask you about current prescription, over the counter medications and supplements you may be taking, I will ask about allergies, intolerances and sensitivities, I will certainly ask if required whether you may be pregnant or breastfeeding.

I will speak with you about what your personal health goals might be, your expectations and you will be free to ask me any questions you need.

I am a qualified Herbalist with a Herbal Dispensary first and foremost with a selection of quality supplements and natural health products I love and trust.
I am not a bulk buying mainstream supplement store, with multiple staff or 7 day day opening hours, I am just one woman, with a small business that has your wellbeing at the heart of everything I do. 💚
