🔥 “WAIT… did you know your GUT and your BRAIN are talking to each other ALL day?!” 🔥

Kia ora, I’m Rona! 👋🏽🤍

I’m a mum, and I’m on a big mental wellness journey — learning to slow down, look after myself, and actually listen to what my body is telling me.

And one thing I’ve been focusing on is my puku — my gut health! 🌿

That’s where Happy Juice came into my daily routine. 🍓✨

What I love is learning about the GBT — Gut-Brain Terrain and the connection between our gut and overall wellbeing.

Happy Juice has become one of those simple little things I do for myself every day — supporting my gut health and adding something positive into my wellness routine.

And let me be clear… it’s not a magic fix. 😅

But wellness is about the little things we consistently do — nutrition, movement, sleep, mindset, and taking care of ourselves.

And as a mum, I’m learning that I deserve that care too! ❤️

So if you’ve been curious about Happy Juice, the GBT, or the different products in the Happy Juice range…

Let’s talk about what your wellness journey could look like. 🌿🍓✨
