Today is a day to shout out our appreciation for the dads and father figures who show up, support us, make us laugh and keep us grounded.
Here’s to celebrating you and all the little things you do that often go unsaid 🌿
Sending love to everyone today — including those who may find Father’s Day a little harder 🤍

Before we rush into spring… let’s pause and give winter a little love 🤎
There’s something beautiful about a season that asks us to slow down.
For me, winter has been about the simple things — snuggling up warm with my pups, still heading out for those crisp morning walks, slow weekend mornings making chai from scratch for my hubby and I, and cosy evenings by the fire with my favourite people 🔥🐾☕️(of course sharing cozy hot yoga classes too)
So before we welcome spring, take a moment to remember your winter. What felt good? What brought you joy? What will you miss?
Winter deserves a little appreciation too 🤎
Then… we can welcome spring with open arms TOMORROW 🌻✨️🌸

"And I said to my body, softly, 'I want to be your friend.'
It took a long breath and replied, 'I've been waiting for this my whole life.'" — Nayyirah Waheed 💛
Read that again.
What if today was the day you stopped criticising your body and started thanking it instead? Not for how it looks, but for everything it quietly does for you, every single day.
Be kind to yourself. Your body has been with you all along 🫶🤗

I don't usually treat myself to a proper coffee during the work week, but today I thought... why not? You're worth it.
I went to pay, only to find my stamp card was full, so my coffee was free. ☕️
One of those little moments that reminds you that small wins can brighten your whole day.
I took my coffee outside, stood barefoot on the fresh (slightly wet!) grass, soaked up a little winter sunshine, and enjoyed every sip.
A gentle reminder to treat yourself every now and then. It doesn't have to be big or expensive. Sometimes the smallest acts of kindness towards yourself are exactly what you need.
It's not selfish—it's necessary. 🤍

Wow... 9 years ago!
Back when I was a Karma Yogi at the hot yoga studio in Nelson, I was supposed to be cleaning the studio after class. Instead, I'd often find myself staying behind to play and practice a little longer.
Looking back, that's what yoga is all about for me – curiosity, joy, and never losing that sense of play.
The cleaning could wait... sometimes 😉🧘♀️
It's funny how some things never change.
