It’s been a year filled with growth, learning, and so much personal healing—something I am deeply grateful for.

A huge thank you to everyone who has trusted me with their Spinal Flow journey and been open to healing. Your willingness to show up for yourselves means so much.

Together, we’ve celebrated some truly amazing success stories, and I feel so honoured to be part of that. I’m also proud to say I’ve earned back half of my course fees this year, which feels like a wonderful milestone.
